Dual-Barrel Cartridges, Applicator Guns & Mixing Tips
 

Sanford Distributing carries a full line of dual-barrel cartridges. Sizes available for equal volume systems are: 50 ml (1.5 ounces), 150 ml (5+ ounces), 300 ml (10+ ounces), 600 ml (20+ ounces) and 1500 ml (50+ ounces). Also available is a 50 ml cartridge for 2:1 or 1:2 systems. Static mixers, which affix to the cartridges, are available in a variety of lengths and mixer sizes. Applicator guns are also available for either manual or pneumatic processing. These dual-barrel cartridge systems provide fast, easy dispensing of pre-measured two-part systems with applications ranging from bonding to sealing to crack injection to potting and encapsulating.

EASY-TO-USE:

  1. Remove cap from cartridge tip
     
  2. Install mixing tip
     
  3. Place cartridge in applicator gun
     
  4. Depress gun trigger for perfectly mixed and measured adhesive
     
  5. Place cap on tip for storage
     
  6. Cartridges can also be used with meter mix dispensing equipment
