Structural Adhesives

KALEX® structural adhesives are rigid, two-component, fast setting polyurethane adhesive systems. They have an excellent combination of shear strength and peel strength, with good impact resistance. They are highly recommended for bonding engineering thermoplastics, SMC, laminated surfaces and repair of reaction injection molded parts. They exhibit very low shrinkage, and very good resistance to hydraulic fluids, oils, aviation fuel and most solvents.

KALEX ® 15036 A/B (04023)	Description: KALEX ® 15036 A/B (04023) High Shear Strength Urethane is a two part, fast setting, semi-flexible, high lap, shear and peel strength urethane with good peel strength. Bonds: Some metals, leather, china, glass, stone and many plastics. Typical Uses: Repair of urethane RIM parts, rubber hoses and flexible electrical connections.

KALEX ® 15038 A/B (04022)	Description: KALEX ® 15038 A/B (04022) High Peel Strength Urethane is a two-part, high peel and lap shear strength, fast setting, semi-flexible urethane system. Bonds: Some metals, rubber, leather, stone, glass, china and many plastics. Typical Uses: For automotive repairs, bonding aftermarket replacement mirrors, repair of shoes, ski boots and conveyor belts. Packaged: Double/Bubble 3.5 gram “Job-Size” packets.

KALEX ® 16308 A/B (04024)	Description: KALEX ® 16308 A/B (04024) General Purpose Urethane is a two-part, general purpose, quick setting, tough, high peel and flexible polyurethane system. Bonds: Most metals, plastics, rubber, glass and leather. Typical Uses: Repair of construction and off-road tires, flexible conveyor belts, printing press rollers, rubberized fabrics, shoes, ski boots, bonding refrigeration and AC equipment. Good for low temperature, sub-zero applications.
